MSP Tiers - Per Hour

MSP Tier 1: $45/hr - $55/hr

MSP Tier 2: $60/hr - $80/hr

MSP Tier 3: $85/hr - $100/hr

Single Managed Service: $20 - $150/hr

Assessment / Audit: $45/hr

There is an extra charge of $6.00 per Workstation, $15 per Server, and $2.50 per Network Device / IoT Device that we manage.

This charge covers the cost of management software licenses, remote tooling, and security software which is required for each device under our management.

Termination Fee: $0

(Exceptions may apply when assets of ByteBudget LLC are not returned or not returned in the condition they arrived to the client)

MSP Tiers - Per Device

MSP Tier 1: $50 per PC, Laptop, Server

MSP Tier 2: $45 per PC, Laptop, Server

MSP Tier 3: $40 per PC, Laptop, Server

Single Managed Service: $40 - $150 per Device

Assessment / Audit: $45/hr

Termination Fee: The agreed upon monthly amount, multiplied by 2 (If termination notice is less than 60 days)

(This does not include any outstanding bills the client may have with ByteBudget LLC or other services ByteBudget provides to the client such as cloud services)

MSP Service Tiers are determined by your company's size, number of users, number of devices, and the requirements and needs of your business. Bigger companies usually require more services, tools, resources, more support, and more technicians and specialists on standby. You can guess what tier your business may be by estimating how many computers require management, the complexity of your computer environments, the number of users, and the number of sites or locations that require computer management.

MSP Tier 1:

1 - 15 employees, 50 computers, 4 networks, 1 location

MSP Tier 2:

25 - 50 employees, 125 computers, 8 networks, 2-3 locations

MSP Tier 3:

60 - 200+ employees, 300+ computers, 10+ networks, 4+ locations

Individual Services

We do a lot more than just MSP and repairs! We also have other services which are bundled in with the MSP plans, but can also be provided as standalone services or combined in a custom plan for you
